Christmas and Holiday Periods

Busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday can add as much as a week to shipping times. Please allow extra time during high traffic seasonal periods. We recommend ordering in late November for items you require delivered by Christmas

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Goods

Please visit our Returns Page here for information on replacing damaged or missing merch.

Split Shipping

Note that your order may arrive as separate shipments as some of our products are made in different factories. If you're first item has arrived but not the second, third etc please wait a few days before contacting us.

Shipping Times

Please take estimated shipping times into account before ordering. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and, due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it's shipped out, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Thank You!

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (the time to make your garment/item). This can vary between a few days (for shirts) and a two weeks (for items like mugs, backpacks or more labour intensive items).

How long will my item take to arrive?

Shipping times can often be quicker if you live closer to one of the many fulfilment centers across the world, but on average expect about 8-10 business days for standard shirts/standard mugs and 3-4 weeks for items like baseball caps or our mugs with the colour inside. Each product's shipping time has been estimated on its specific page.

Note that delivery times are approximate and may very - if it hasn't arrived within the times outlined above, give it five more days, then contact us here

We route orders using an advanced algorithm, taking into account the end customer's address, where the product is available, and other factors. 99% of the time, the algorithm chooses the closest fulfilment center to you, but rarely—usually if a product is unavailable—it will be fulfilled in another country/location.

In case of unexpected increases in order volumes or emergencies, sometimes orders are routed to backup facilities. Each backup facility is tested for quality, making sure the production and speed standards are as high as we require.

What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?

Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfilment and shipping time.

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:
